[Bug] enchanting

Observed behaviour
I just tried to enchant a pickaxe in the enchanting table and I get a "Limited Enchantability" message with the sword if I enchant it with the enchanting table at level 30 I only get 4 enchants "knockback, fire aspect, sweeping edge and looting, it never gives me sharpness, I tried and if I try to put protection 4 it enchants me without any problems
Expected behaviour
I expect it to enchant the tools normally like in vanilla minecraft
Steps to reproduce
get a sword and a book of protection 4 and try to put them together, or try to enchant a pickaxe with the libraries maxed out and see what it says

I'm only using Iron's Spell and Spellbooks 1.21.1-3.14.0 and Hazen 'n Stuff 1.2.0
