Observed behaviour

irons_spellbooks:cursed_armor_stand failed to generate correctly in Citadel.

Expected behaviour

In the world with seed -2032795982907864146, at coordinates 250 59 -1290, the entity irons_spellbooks:cursed_armor_stand is expected to generate.

When the player teleports (/tp) to the location, the entity spawns correctly.
However, when the player travels to the location by flying or walking, the cursed_armor_stand does not generate properly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a world using -2032795982907864146
2. From your spawn point, head to the nether
3. Use TP and fly to 250 59 -1290 respectively (both methods require that the Underworld is completely new. It's recommended to create a new world and test one method of reaching it).
