[Bug] Player Unable to Exit Pocket Dimension When Riding a Horse

Observed behaviour
When players enter the pocket dimension while riding a horse (or other rideable entity), they become permanently trapped in the dimension. The return portal fails to transport the player back to the original dimension.
Expected behaviour
Player should return to original dimension
Steps to reproduce
1.Tame a horse and equip it with saddle
2.Mount the horse
3.Cast the Pocket Dimension spell while mounted
4.Player enter the pocket dimension successfully.
5.Failure to return to original dimension.
