Whenever I change the server config file it resets

Observed behaviour
When I turn the server on it says config irons spellbook not correct courting. I tried everything I tried deocplimg thr jar file and editing the configuration there but i don't know what to do anymore I need to disable the config tracker or watcher but I don't know how to when I change the config.server it works on single-player but on a server it just keeps resetting.
Expected behaviour
I expect it to not reset and just work
Steps to reproduce
Go to your server files go to config change the priest house weight to any number default is 4 you can modify it. It works in single-player but with a server it keeps resetting the original config
