[Bug] Summon ender chest scroll does not get consumed when use

Observed behaviour

When i right click the summon ender chest scroll it just open the enderchest UI and the scroll does not get consumed

Expected behaviour

the scroll get consumed after use

Steps to reproduce

  1. get the scroll
  2. right click
  3. the enderchest ui shows up but the scroll does not get consumed
