please add nbt blocking ability

when I try to ban an tinkers' construct pattern, for instance the sword blade pattern, it blocks all of them. The problem is that tinkers doesn't use damage values they use nbt values to make the distinction.

What version? 1.12.2 I assume?
This looks like it would work better for you instead of ItemBlacklist.

I wasn't really planning on adding NBT support till 1.14 as it will be required there and the mod will require a fair bit of work anyway. Adding NBT isn't going to be a quick slap it in.

1.14.x proper is a long way off, yes your assumption is correct. 1.12.2. Also i'm not just blocking Tinker's Stuff, I used them as an example.

1.14 isn't that far away.
I have no plans to add NBT support to 1.12.
