when legendary tooltip sync on even common items having borders even tho show for common option is turned off

I know that legendary tooltip has border for even common items but when common items is off in itemborder then it should only get colors for rare items from legendary tooltips

@AHilyard Also as you can see your mod has now visual config menu (now i can close issue #2 :D )
it would be great to add configured mod as a dependency and put some screenshot of config menu in curseforge page

it would be great to remove those manual configuration guide on curseforge and replace it with visual config menu screenshots in-game
