NBT blacklist does not work on fabric 1.20.1 and 1.21.1

If you use the build on Forge 1.20.1, the NBT blacklist works fine. But if you use Fabric 1.20.1 or 1.21.1, the NBT blacklist does not work.
Ps. I only checked fabric versions 1.20.1 and 1.21.1
