[Compatibility] Disabled items with Item Obliterator still generate in Lootr chests

Disabled items with Item Obliterator still show up in chests generated with the Lootr mod.
Of course, when placing them in the inventory, Item Obliterator makes them disappear.

Fabric Loader 0.17.2
Lootr 1.10.35.91
Item Obliterator 3.1.1
I've also reported this issue to the Lootr devs, but they said "This would seem to be an issue with Item Obliterator".
