I used this in my server, and tested it with one of my staff, and it can be bypassed if you try to manually spam the recipe that was banned

Update the mod? Item Obliterator removes the recipe when it loads, it's literally impossible to get the recipe to work again. I assume this is some sort of mod that modifies crafting logic and might have an issue with desync that allows clients to abuse packets to dupe the item, as I've seen that happen with GUIs before.
