1.20.1, fabric 0.14.24

At the moment I'm doing single player but I'm working on a mod pack to play with the boys. There's a few OP items I want to remove, unfortunately in my testing Item Obliterator does not appear to be working. I'm pretty sure my config syntax is okay. My mod list is getting pretty long, are there any known/likely conflicts?

Try adding "$grapplemod$_upgrade" before any other entry, issues have been reported that it won't work if it's below item ids

Issue was resolved via discord, seems there was a wrong version uploaded on modrinth. Switching to curseforge version fixed everything and it seems like the modrinth version has also been updated.
