When holding D in inventory this messed up GUI will appear. It is really annoying when paired with Inventory Move mod which allows you to move with inventory open.
As far as I know this GUI is completely non-functional

This is the Recipe View, by default it's bound to A (Atzerty??) but it's for saving recipe's for mass crafting. The Recipe Book is usually in the way when it is opened; as what I am seeing is works as intended.

The way it's used is enter a recipe and Middle Click on it to save it in the list.

• While using the Scroll Wheel to move the selector to change the recipe position to be saved / used for mass craft.

If compatibility with another mod is a concern, then change the Recipe View Hotkey.
