When being supplied items in a rapid manner, for example a mod4 crafter, sometimes an ingredient will be thrown out of the inventroy, rather than left and crafted with.

Recreated on 1.21.4, 1.21.5 and 1.21.6.

Used two different mass crafters, its not an issue with item distribution as "input" items are separate from "output items" yet occasionally the ingredient is thrown out with the output.
