Expected Behavior

while holding the itemswap key, it should allow the scroll wheel of my mouse to select the item.

Actual Behavior

while holding the itemswap key, the scroll wheel on the mouse has no interaction

Reproduction Steps

1. press the itemswap key
2. use scroll wheel does not work
3. toggled Unlock Mouse for Lists
4. attempted again
5. still will only register full mouse movements to select from list.

No response

I've got this bug as well. With Sodium too.

Might be an issue due to 1.20.2 changes, will have to look into it.
