Issue description

Jade Addon still tries to load the io/github/fabricators_of_create/porting_lib/event/common/TagsUpdatedCallback class to throw an error when the Create Fabric is not loaded.

當未載入Create Fabric時，Jade Addon依然會嘗試加載 io/github/fabricators_of_create/porting_lib/event/common/TagsUpdatedCallback 類擲出錯誤
