Issue description
Basically it would be nice to have the same functionality that the "Boss Bar Overlap" has where it automatically drops down the tooltip, but for when you get an advancement with Advancement Plaques (which puts the advancement in almost the same spot as the Jade default top placement tooltip) This is obv very minor but Advancement Plaques is a very popular mod and I'm sure many people would love to have this feature.
