Issue description

Are you tired of having your bossbar being obstructed by your JADE GUI, are you a classic WAWLA fan who prefers the GUI element in the classic position? Do you wish to still have your GUI render still while your doing your things with a random bossbar in that same space? if you answer yes to all of these questions then this is the feature suggestion for you!

Secondary GUI render location: A new config option that is enabled by default; when enabled it will move the GUI to a secondary location designated or on its own if another GUI is being obstructed by it; It would work for the Bossbar element but could be expanded on further to other mods if they were to put the work in having it detect the GUI itself

hopefully, with this idea, it will remove the annoyance of certain game elements being obstructed by the GUI while at the same time leaving it where the user prefers it to be; even where these other GUI elements are in the way
