Issue description

Currently, Jade doesn't seem to have a preset option (or easy means to config) to have the tooltip centered on the screen, especially a top-middle position.
There are the horizontal position/anchor settings, but they seem to be either off-centered, or messed up in its pixel syncing as setting it to 0.5 does not have it centered on your screen (image example below).
