Issue description

The curser can look at dropped items. When this happens, there is no distinction between it being a dropped item and a placed item. E.G. if I drop a stone button and look at it, Jade will just say stone button, which gives no clarification to weather it is dropped or not. I would also extend this to persistent projectiles that have pickup permission allow on them, as they are items for all intents and purposes to the player.
