Issue description
This usually happens when looking at a Functional Storage fluid drawer or controller. It often happens when I tab out of minecraft, either for a few minutes or a few hours.
It may be related to the fact that the rendering of fluid fill bars in Jade sometimes go wild, with the amounts bouncing around and often extending all the way right edge of the screen.
