Issue description

Although there are no blocks in vanilla Minecraft that require a minimum harvest level of gold, Forge adds a mining tier and a tag (#forge:needs_gold_tool) for blocks that require a harvest level of gold, and there are mods that make use of this (one example being seared bricks from Tinkers Construct). However, Jade displays these blocks as requiring a minimum harvest level of stone.
