Issue description

Can we get an option to show the modname on tooltip while we wander around the world with the emi mod installed, even though I disable emi in game to figure out which option makes the tooltip not show modname while wandering, I couldn't find it. I read a few issues about this on your Github page but I'm still confused which option in emi causes this. I just want the modname to show up while wandering, not in the inventory gui, that would show double mod names.

Actually it can be opened via Jade Addons, if that's what you meant.
