Issue description

So, I'm currently using Enhanced Boss Bars 1.0.0, and supposedly setting bossBarOverlapMode to "PUSH_DOWN" would solve any overlap issues. Unfortunately... that doesn't seem to be the case? I expected the Jade information box to be pushed down, unless I'm mistaken about something here.

I would report this issue to Enhanced Boss Bars, but they don't appear to have any place to submit issue tickets.
