Issue description

When EMI is installed, Jade disables its own option to show mod names in item tooltips. However, EMI's own mod name tooltips are implemented with a mixin - and a variety of other mods break this mixin, leaving players with no mod name tooltips at all. I understand that Jade disables its own mod name tooltips when EMI is installed to avoid confusion about there potentially being duplicate tooltips displayed, but I would appreciate it if you would at least allow the config option to be enabled, even if it is disabled by default when alongside EMI.
