Issue description

Is there a way to make a paper plugin that works as the Jade server-side mod in order to get all of the mod features on paper servers instead of just fabric servers?

Uh, this is beyond my knowledge

We could add a "help wanted" tag to this if anyone wants to take a bash at it tho hehe :3
