Add an option to “don't modify the number of stacks of vanilla items”. Currently there is a bug with this feature.

Jelly Beans (Alex's Caves) no longer stacks following vanilla potions if the potions' stack value is set to “1”. The beans were originally meant to be stackable up to 16, unlike vanilla potions where the stack size was limited to 1.
