Crash from weird timing interaction [1.12.2]

I'm having a really weird crash when using JAOPCA with IC2. There seems to be a timing issue between IC2 and Thermal Foundation which either JAOPCA or WrapUp causes? Though that's just what I've been able to guess.

Same issue here with Thaumcraft & Bronze Block. Fixed by downgrading from 2.3.8.13 to 2.2.8.106.
