When JAOPCA, Thermal Expansion, and NuclearCraft: Overhauled are installed, a recipe is added to TE's factorizer that allows one to split various isotopes (Uranium-238 among them) into 9 of the same isotope. The cause of this appears to be that some of the isotopes have gained an ore dictionary entry as a nugget, despite NCO not even having any nuggets.
