I don't know if 1.12.2 is still being supported, but if so, the Midnight mod for 1.12.2 adds two ores with ingots, and several gem-type ores. I have tried manually adding them to the JAOPCA config and also tried using UniDict to make sure the ingots/nuggets/gems are properly dictionaried, but JAOPCA currently doesn't add ore processing for them. Apologies if it is a mistake on my part, but the JAOPCA wiki page isn't that clear to me.
