[1.12.2] Disabling all blocks causes no oredict to be registered

As I shown in #314 (though PrismLauncher was showing me the wrong version), if I remove unneeded block entries of any valid material, the Ore Chunks module stops being registered as a valid smelting input.
And as soon as I press U on any the Ore Chunks...
