Hello,

This was a strange issue we've been getting in our modpack repeatidedly. Users would sometimes had to log into a single player world, or relog on the server several times to get the recipes under EMI (JEMI) loading correctly. Something in JEI was breaking so we removed each JEI addon from both the client and server and found that Just Enough Advancements is the cause.

Removing this mod from the clients and server allows all recipes from say, Thermal, Create and such to load correctly upon first server join each time now. This might be a difficult one to check but this is our report.
