Whenever I hit R over an item it automatically brings up an anvil recipe instead of showing me the crafting recipe. The only mods I have installed are Journey map and Optifine. I've removed both yet the problem still persists. Example attached

Solved! You need to remove the mod config in the config folder and redownload the mod
