After updating JEI to version 1.16, the overlay hover effect is not displayed over items/blocks anymore. For comparison, in other places e.g. in the main GUI in the center of the screen, the hover effect is displayed correctly as it used to be.

This issue still occurs on the following configuration:

• Minecraft version: 1.16.4
• JEI version: 7.6.1.65
• Forge version: 35.1.4
