Can't See JEI's Recipe UI in the Inventory Screen

Hi, I'm experiencing an issue that I can't see JEI's recipe UI in the inventory screen, I've deleted it's config folder to see if that fixes the problem but instead caused a bigger problem that it doesn't have a config except for the client config. I'm on 1.16.5, forge 36.0.46 and 36.0.42 (why 36.0.42 is to see if switching forge versions would fix the issue but it didn't fix it...), and latest version of JEI.
Btw it was working just fine before I installed ToolLeveling+ and Repurposed Structures (both at their latest versions).
After I installed them both is when JEI started to not work properly, JEI still isn't working right after I uninstalled both ToolLeveling+ and Repurposed Structures. I've tried to make a new world with both mods installed and still don't see JEI's recipe UI. But I haven't tried to create a new world without those two mods installed. I'll report back on here if I still can't see it's recipe UI without ToolLeveling+ and Repurposed Structures installed.
UPDATE: nope, still can't see JEI's recipe UI, even in creative mode and the main config for JEI is still empty when it shouldn't be empty.... So now I'm forced to use an alternative recipe viewing mod while I wait for this to be fixed.....
UPDATE 2: I went to the latest log and JEI is in there that you definitely should take a look at it.
Log: latest.log
UPDATE 3: I've found out that JEI isn't the one that's causing this issue, its a new mod called Tons Of Enchants with it's latest enchantment called Ground Pound in it's latest release (v0.4) and something's wrong with it's code that's causing JEI to malfunction.
Later on in the log before I logged out of my recently created world that a fatal error occurred from Tons Of Enchants mod that if JEI didn't malfunction then I would've kept playing and my game would've crashed from that fatal error.
So I'm sorry for making this report when the problem resides in a different mod but I just didn't know exactly why JEI wasn't working as indented till I found out what was causing the issue in the logs and I suspected that the issue had something to do with JEI it's self...
So you may close this issue as you wish since I've already found the cause of JEI's malfunction :< :((
