Searching for a specific word in the tooltips definitely does something as it removes some items from the list, however, it removes stuff that contains the word, but shows plenty of things that don't.

I tried showing the tags, but Minecraft wouldn't take a screenshot while holding ctrl, regardless, the word "graded" wasn't contained there either.
