Steps to Reproduce the Crash

opening the inventory with E or opening it via a chest or furnace causes the game to crash.

disabling JEI via Control + O stops me from crashing but reenabling it crashes me.

Deleted my previous comments as it appears my issue is actually cause by More Overlays Updated.

I fixed this issue by creating a backup of the world, uninstalling the mod pack I'm using and re pasting the save back in.

I believe this is an issue between openblocks and optifine: sp614x/optifine#2267
Please try removing optifine or openblocks.
