Steps to Reproduce the Crash
Created a new custom profile in Curseforge
Added only JEI
Using Forge 41.0.85
Minecraft Java 1.19

I think I encountered the same error. I've attached my crash report here. I'm using the same versions of MC and Forge and the latest version of JEI (it's 2.0.6 I believe), though I'm not using Curseforge launcher, I'm just using the normal MC launcher.

This is a problem with the latest Forge versions. Creator should fix it soon I believe.
Ran into the issue while up porting mods from 1.18.2 to 1.19 looks to be releated to the major render & overall refactor forge recently went through.
