I can't change the mod name color and font, I don't know what's the problem.

If you have another mod that adds the mod name, JEI will just copy its settings and do what the other mod is configured to do. I think you have another mod that adds a mod name to tooltips (usually ModNameTooltip), try changing its config instead.
