Steps to Reproduce the Bug

1. Install JEI 10.2.1.283
2. Launch the game once to generate the config file
3. Close the game
4. Change settings in the config (I will change the "CenterSearch" property to 'true')
5. Launch the game
6. And join a world, The Search bar isn't centered

Expected Behavior

That the config applies to the game

Actual Behavior

Changing the config changes absolutly nothing

Downgrading to 9.7.2.281 fixed the bug
