[Bug]: game says JEI must be installed on the server (in single player)

Steps to Reproduce the Bug
- Load up the pack
- Enter any single player world
- Try to craft something using JEI
- It'll say JEI is needs to be installed on the server.
Expected Behavior
if the bug was fixed then i'd be able to use JEI normally
Actual Behavior
It won't let me click to auto craft thingsauto-craft

I'm not even running a server for the pack (yet) and it still says JEI is not installed
