[Crash]: 1.20.1 JEI not fully loading upon start, crashes game exit code 1

Steps to Reproduce the Crash
- install Valhelsia 6 modpack
- install JEI mod into modpack
- open Valhelsia 6
- Exit Code: 1 appears

The modpack opens perfectly fine without JEI installed so i'm not sure what mod in the modpack it might be conflicting with. It crashes every time I try to play the game after opening the launcher.
