Suggestion

This feature had been requested in #1465 and turned down.

However playing with the InvMove mod will bookmark every item I hover over when pressing A.
Clicking the bookmarks button to hide them only works temporarily, as soon as I bookmark anything new by accident it shows the list again.
There should be a way to either disable the bookmarks feature completely for people that don't intend to use it, or to change the keybind so there are no future keybind collisions.

I also have controlling installed. Controlling just lets you search for keybinds, it does not expose any kebinds.
JEI does not have any keybinds you can configure from the default minecraft menu

I would appreciate this change a lot, i prefer minimalistic huds and the bookmarks tab annoys me a lot, atleast the option to change the keybing would be appreciated (I've seen people claim you can do this with controlled mod, that JEI suggests, but it doesn't work with Quilt, and as far as i know, fabric in general)

As even if you hide the bookmark tab, adding a favorite item reopens it, makes it useless, as the A key it's fairly easy to misstap, so you can't really get rid of it.

JEI has keybinds working in Fabric now, you can unbind the keys that you do not want.
