Crafting Recipes for modded items show up on left click in singleplayer but not on fabric server

Steps to Reproduce the Bug
Go into a modded server on fabric via a jar file. Try and left click on a craftable item from mod, no recipe shows up. Also in multiplayer you cannot craft an item even if I know the recipe for a craftable item from a mod.
Expected Behavior
The recipe shows up via left click like the vanilla items

Nothings shows up
