[Bug]: 'Previous Recipe' will take effect twice even if I only used it once by right clicking

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

When I changed the 'Previous Recipe' from the default backspace button to the right-click button, it takes effect twice each time I use the right-click button, when pressed and when popped up

Expected Behavior

When using the right-click again, it should only take effect once, rather than returning to an earlier recipe

Actual Behavior

The recipe has returned to the twice previous time

I found the above issue with jei-1.20.1-forge-15.20.0.104 in version 1.20.1, but it is indeed normal in jei-1.20.1-forge-15.3.0.4

Just to piggy-back on this bug, it behaves like this too when bound to Button4 or any mouse button on 1.20.1-forge-15.20.0.105

To test it, show the recipe for items 1, 2 and 3, then press your "previous recipe" mouse button. Instead of going back to Recipe 2, it will quickly show Recipe 2 then immediately after Recipe 1. Like a double-click.

Note that your mouse needs to be hovering outside of the recipe grid but within the layout (which is another bug but not a blocker).

The expected behaviour is to just show Recipe 2 and stay there, no matter where your mouse cursor is
