Steps to Reproduce the Crash

install JEI on a 1.12.1 modpack,
attempt launch

all mods work fine except jei, cant even launch minecraft when it is active.

forgot to mention, but i looked for the client.toml mezz mentioned and it isn't anywhere in this modpack

same, tried to disable many mods but nothing's helping

also updated jei and fabric api to newest version avaiable for my fabric but still the same error on 1.21.1

i found it works alone but with any mod it crashes

for me it was supplementaries in beta that crashed JEI, I also had a different problem with weird chunk generation even on lowest settings on high end pc and I had to create a new modpack with same mods and it somehow worked

I see that you have supplementaries too so delete that and JEI will work fine
