[Bug]: Icon missing on Supplementaries' Wrench [1.20.1 Fabric]

Steps to Reproduce the Bug
Hello! As stated in the title, there seems to be a bug where the wrench and ONLY the wrench from Supplementaries fails to appear in JEI. But the icon appears just fine in the recipe book and hotbar/inventory. The item itself is there as you can see from the toolip, but the icon is invisible.
To further confirm this, I've made a new instance with only Supplementaries, Moonlight Lib and Amendments. (Plus JEI of course)
This didn't use to happen, I believe, but just bringing it to attention in hope of a hotfix.
The creator of Supplementaries seemed disgruntled with the suggestion of this being something wrong on their side, so I'm turning here in search of clues.

The icon of the wrench should appear in the top right, as it does in the crafting recipe.

In addition to this, this also happens on the 1.20.1 version with Forge as well.
Same (1.20.1 forge, forge version 47.3.11, jei 15.20.0.106), another common mod that's affected is savage and ravage - the cleaver of beheading is rendering a larger sprite. I have some additional textures being affected from this resource pack for cataclysm: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/texture-packs/cataclysm-remastered - all of the items retextured from this mod don't show in JEI but all show correctly in my inventory / held.
Not sure if this part is relevant but EMI does seem to render everything properly
Considering how many people are experiencing this, some acknowledgement from the devs would be nice.
I can confirm for 1.21.1 neoforge supplementaries.
I also have this happen with the Spear of the Blight from the Aether: Redux, with the dev of that mod being unable to reproduce, leading me to believe there is somehow a hardware component to it.
