[Bug]: Fabric: JEI not showing in any containers for non-host of world [1.20.1]

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

  1. Host a world using Essential mod (latest version 1-3-5-6)
  2. Have a friend or someone else join the world that you hosted.
  3. Have the other person open either the inventory, chest, crafting table, etc.
    In the provided image, the red X is indicating that the menu does not appear on their screen.

Expected Behavior

When following the steps, the menu should pop up.

Actual Behavior

No menu shows up in any container or UI element (inventory, chest, crafting table, etc.)

i'm having this same issue but on 1.19.2, what was the solution you found? owner can see the jei gui, but the rest of us can't
