JEI menu not appearing ingame (keybinds appearing in menu)

Steps to Reproduce the Bug
Not really any steps, it just isn't there. I tried ctrl+O though
Expected Behavior
The JEI menu being present
Actual Behavior
The JEI menu not being present. It displays JEI keybinds in the controls menu

I'm fairly certain this is like other times this has happened - another mod causing issues during loading
But I'm having a terrible time troubleshooting mods batch by batch due to my pc giving my game abysmal loading times
