[Bug]: Mouse Hover tooltip from Inventory Profiles Next appears underneath the JEI sidebar [NeoForge/Forge 1.21.1]

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

  1. Install Just Enough Items ver. 19.21.0.247 with either NeoForge (ver. 21.1.117) or Forge (ver. 52.0.47)
  2. Install Inventory Profiles Next 2.1.3
  3. Open up your inventory in survival and inspect hover over one of the sorting buttons to view the mouse hover tooltip.

Expected Behavior

Mouse hover tooltips should appear on top of the JEI right sidebar.

Actual Behavior

Mouse hover tooltip appears underneath the JEI right sidebar.

Also using Prism Launcher ver. 9.2

Additional Notes

This seems to impact Forge (ver. 52.0.47) and NeoForge (ver. 21.1.117), but Fabric 0.16.10 does not have this issue

I reported earlier to Inventory Profiles Next as well; I was requested to report to JEI, as they suspect it might be an issue coming from here.
