[Crash]: "Can't update entries of ItemGroups!" - Minecraft Fabric 1.21.1, loader 0.16.10

Steps to Reproduce the Crash

  1. Open the JEI menu, search for something.. for instance 'Leather'

  2. Using the cheat mode, try to grab a bunch of content from the menu and also view recipes, just start doing things relatively quickly.. unsure if it matters but maybe also open and close the inventory during this process...

  3. Crash will be produced with the following errors provided in the crashlog below.

Another crashlog on another build of my modpack. This time getting 'Zanite' items from the Aether mod. It seems to only occur mostly in singleplayer.
